I'm a Senior Full-Stack Engineer and Technical Lead based in New Delhi NCR, India, and open to relocation to Dubai / UAE. I lead engineering teams and stay hands-on in the codebase — the two are hard to separate well, and I have not found a version of the first that survives giving up the second.

My work has mostly been on systems that had to keep running while they changed: a news platform serving tens of millions of monthly readers, carrier-grade telecom operations tooling, regulatory document workflows in financial services, and life-sciences platforms. The common thread is less the domain than the constraint — existing traffic, existing data, and no acceptable window to be offline.

Currently I lead the technical stack at SmartSitting, a childcare placement marketplace, where the team owns the web app, admin platform, onboarding flows and mobile app, built from zero on GCP and including LLM-backed chat and profile review features.

I care about the parts that are unglamorous and decide everything: deployment paths that do not require a maintenance window, observability that makes an incident diagnosable, schema decisions that are still defensible two years later, and code review standards that outlast whoever wrote them.
